- Building a Resilient Nervous System
We are living in strange times and our nervous system is struggling to find its footing. With the Covid-19 pandemic we were asked to distance ourselves from others, our extended family and friends. For some of us we were also asked to stop working. As the restrictions to the pandemic change and we are able to see friends and family again. For some, getting back to work may feel like life is getting back to some kind of normal. However, the effects of the lockdown are still playing havoc with our mind, body, spirit, and nervous system.
Some people’s nervous systems are dealing better with the pandemic and the reopening of our lives than others. While some people can go to the grocery stores, others are paralyzed at home with fear.
The goal of this class is to help our TW and nervous system to rebalance and build resilience so we can live our lives more peacefully and healthy.
