After a session I recommend taking a baking soda bath, this helps the body clear and stabilize the energy that has shifted during the session
Bath:
Minimum of 20 minutes
1/2 a box of baking soda
Rinse in the shower after the bath to get soda and energy off the skin
24-48 Hour Rule
