This is a sequence of thumping 4 areas on your body, using several fingers or knuckles to tap robustly on the specified spots. Each spot has a different purpose and result, lets explore the FOUR THUMPS.

The Grounding Thump- cheekbones

No surprises here, this thump helps with grounding. It connects the bodies energies with the energies of the earth through the Stomach meridian.

Grounding thump helps with feeling stronger and in charge, and strengthens spleen. (Stomach feeds spleen)

Do the grounding thump when:

  • Feeling unconnected to the earth
  • Not grounded
  • Excessive worry
  • General weakness

The K-27 thump- collarbones

K-27 is the end point of the collarbone, the thumping/rubbing of K27 ensures the Kidney meridian is flowing forward and clears irregular patterns. K27 are junction points that when work ideally, create a better flow through the entire meridian system.

Thump or press K27 when:

  • Feeling tired or lacking energy
  • Can’t concentrate
  • Get tired easily throughout the day
  • Can’t remember what you just read
  • Trouble staying focused

The Thymus Thump

This point helps stimulate the thymus gland which help support your immune system. The thump enhances your immune system, helps your body deal with stress and shock.

Thump your thymus when:

  • Low energy
  • Support your immune system (flu season)
  • Restore your strength and vitality
  • Relieve stress
  • When you receive shocking news

Spleen Point buzz

There are two sets of points for the spleen thump the spleen Neurolymphatic points and the end points of spleen meridian.

The spleen points support the spleen meridian in metabolizing energy, substances, thoughts, and immune function. The spleen oversees metabolism, blood flow, infection and inflammation. These points can be very tender which indicated that they need to be worked on.

Buzz your spleen when:

Increase energy
Help with autoimmune disease
Feeling unwell, sick
Chronic fatigue
Feel faint
To reduce a fever
Metabolize toxins
To regain control
To get centered
