Neurolymphatic clearing

The massaging of the neurolymphatic points helps with clearing stagnant and toxic energies from the body, and reenergize the tissues. Working the neurolymphatic system effects the meridians and the organs in that area you are clearing by balancing the meridian system.

Deeply stimulating the neurolymphatics points will help to:

Energize you
Remove toxins
Clear stagnate hormonal, emotional and physical energies from the energetic system
Balance meridians and the corresponding organs
Clear stuck emotions or thoughts
Can help clear illness manifesting in the body

Since this technique can release a lot of toxins only do a few points on the body at any time. Pick the points by how you are feeling i.e. constipated work the large intestine

You do a neurolymphatic clearing when:

You require more energy
When you are coming down with a cold or a flu
When you are feeling overly emotional or distressed.

The added bonus is that the lymphatic flow will also get stimulated and improve its flow.

I was on a zoom session the other day with a wonderful woman Andrea Ferguson, she is an amazing life coach and we did a session on some of the techniques in my handout. I meet Andrea when our boys played baseball together and we soon realized we both have a passion for personal growth, energy, and being our best selves.

Deeper look at the Wayne Cook Posture

3/4/2020

This exercise was created by Wayne Cook to link the energies of the back brain and the front brain, when they are not connected your energies become scrambled.

How to tell when you might me scrambled:

Feeling overwhelmed
Crying or exploding for no particular reason
Can’t think properly
Can’t remember what you just read/learnt
Can’t keep track of what you are doing
You can’t comprehend what is being said to you, or what you have read
Having problems saying what you mean
Confuse left and right
Reverse letters and or numbers, are dyslexic
Difficulties with spatial orientation

This exercise is also great at stimulating all the end or beginning points of the meridians by how the feet and hands are held. Because you are holding K1 (kidney 1) it is also a great grounding exercise. It also provides support of the intergradation of the mind and body.

Wayne cook posture really helps with focusing the brain so do this exercise before:

Reading or studying
When you want to articulate your thoughts
When you feel overwhelmed, and or too emotional
If you stutter
If you are dyslexic
If you are feeling confused

A deeper look at the Cross Crawl and Homolateral Crossover

2/24/2020

These set of exercises help when the body is struggling to have the energy cross from the left side of the brain to the right side of the body and from the right side of the brain to the left side of the body. The cross crawl reinforces the cross over patterns in your brain and your body. Figure 8 crossover patterns can be found all over the body from the macro to the micro and out into the energetic field.

Do cross crawls when:

You want better balance/improves coordination
Want more energy
Harmonize energy
Clears thinking
Balance right and left-brain functioning

If you have done the cross crawls and you are left feeling tired, or uncoordinated this is a possible indication of a homolateral problem with your energy running parallel. It is important to stop doing the cross crawl because this exercise can embed the homolateral pattern.

Homolateral patterns happen when the body cannot access or move energies in a crossing pattern over the body. This will happen naturally when the body needs to slow down, heal, rest, re-group. It becomes a problem when this pattern becomes a habit.

Symptoms that can indicate your energies are running parallel:

Senses are less acute
You feel less alive
Your physical processes slow down
Tend toward depression
Exercise that normally energizes drains you
Hard to think clearly
Chronically exhausted or ill for unknown reasons and can’t get well
More awkward or clumsy
Having trouble staying focused at work or school

*only do the homolateral crossover re patterning exercise till symptoms above improve, depending on the condition i.e. chronic fatigue this can take months so be patient.

An in-depth look at the DER: The FOUR THUMPS

2/15/2020

Picture

This is a sequence of thumping 4 areas on your body, using several fingers or knuckles to tap robustly on the specified spots. Each spot has a different purpose and result, lets explore the FOUR THUMPS.

The Grounding Thump- cheekbones

No surprises here, this thump helps with grounding. It connects the bodies energies with the energies of the earth through the Stomach meridian.

Grounding thump helps with feeling stronger and in charge, and strengthens spleen. (Stomach feeds spleen)

Do the grounding thump when:

  • Feeling unconnected to the earth
  • Not grounded
  • Excessive worry
  • General weakness

The K-27 thump- collarbones

Picture
K-27 is the end point of the collarbone, the thumping/rubbing of K27 ensures the Kidney meridian is flowing forward and clears irregular patterns. K27 are junction points that when work ideally, create a better flow through the entire meridian system.

Thump or press K27 when:

  • Feeling tired or lacking energy
  • Can’t concentrate
  • Get tired easily throughout the day
  • Can’t remember what you just read
  • Trouble staying focused

The Thymus Thump
Picture

This point helps stimulate the thymus gland which help support your immune system. The thump enhances your immune system, helps your body deal with stress and shock.

Thump your thymus when:

  • Low energy
  • Support your immune system (flu season)
  • Restore your strength and vitality
  • Relieve stress
  • When you receive shocking news

Spleen Point buzz

There are two sets of points for the spleen thump the spleen Neurolymphatic points and the end points of spleen meridian.
Picture
The spleen points support the spleen meridian in metabolizing energy, substances, thoughts, and immune function. The spleen oversees metabolism, blood flow, infection and inflammation. These points can be very tender which indicated that they need to be worked on.

Buzz your spleen when:

Increase energy
Help with autoimmune disease
Feeling unwell, sick
Chronic fatigue
Feel faint
To reduce a fever
Metabolize toxins
To regain control
To get centered

Daily Energy Routine

2/1/2020

Why the Daily Energy Routine (DER) and do I have to do it every day?

Let’s start with what is the daily energy routine?  It is a set of techniques that helps you maintain your energy throughout your day, which effects your daily well-being. It helps with making sure your energy is crossing, running forward, that the 9 energy systems are talking to each other, and protects you from energy that does not resonate with your system.

All can be done within 10 minutes max once you are familiar with the exercises. The DER can swiftly make changes that you can feel right away and a commitment of time and patience to shift the deeper entrenched patterns such as fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue.

The DER is the cornerstone of the Eden Energy Medicine program, not only does it help you feel more vitalized it allows your practitioner to go deeper in your sessions. When you make the commitment to doing the DER any surface energy concerns are dealt with and a positive energy habit is created within your system.

There are 9 exercises that make up the DER

1. 4 Thumps (less than 1 minute)
2. Cross Crawl (less than 1 minute)
3. Wayne Cook Posture (1-2 minutes)
4. Crown Pull (less than 1 minute)
5. Lymphatic Massage (1-2 minutes)
6. Connecting Heaven and Earth (1-2 minutes)
7. Celtic Weave (1-2 minutes)
8. Zip-up (less than 1 minute)
9. Hook-up (less than 1 minute)

Incorporate them into your morning, yoga practice, meditation or before/end of work.  So YES, do the DER every day, you will notice a difference!

As a practitioner of EEM I have made a commitment to doing my DER every morning this makes sure that my energy is running forward and crossing which allows me to do sessions with my energy being strong, connected and resilient. When I am preparing for an advanced session (grid repair/regression), I have to increase my commitment to doing the DER twice a day.

Doing the DER is one major step towards empowering your radiance!
